You don’t know me but Your company did a lot for me last year. I lost my Mom in May on last year. I live in Memphis TN and she was in California. I went to California with life insurance policy in hand. I had never had to plan a funeral before and that was a really bad time for me seeing that I had just buried my Dad 60 days before but he had remarried and his wife took care of everything. I did not know what to expect but I did know that I didn’t have any upfront money. The funeral home used you guys and you paid them for their services as well as the cemetery and monument company. Afterward I gathered all the necessary paperwork (death certificate, etc) and forwarded to insurance company and they paid you guys. I did not know that companies like yours exists but thank God for you and your staff.
